Lirica Yamase - Director of OIMS

After graduating from Toho Gakuen School of Music in Tokyo, Lirica Yamase studied at the Guildhall School of Music as a Cripplegate Foundation Scholar and received the Concert Recital Diploma (Premier Prix du Conservatoire).

 

She subsequently won several prizes in piano competitions in England.


Later Lirica continued her education at the Mozarteum in Sarzburg and the Accademia Musicale Chigiana in Sienna, before moving to Norway.

She currently works as the Director of Oslo International Music School in Norway.


As well as her career as a teacher, Lirica gives a number of performances every year. She has held concerts in the UK, Italy, Malaysia, Japan and Norway.
