Music Theory 

A group lesson for passing ABRSM Music Theory Grade 5 is ongoing. Individual lessons are also available.

Dag Skarvang 

 

Began his musical training at an early age playing brass instruments and recorder in the school orchestra. Started playing pop music on the guitar with local bands, and later studying the classical guitar.

Graduated from the Bergen Music Conservatory after studies with Torbjörn Wiberg.

Received scholarship from British Council for postgraduate studies at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. Studied “Music Performance and Communication”, Early Music, Jazz and classical guitar. Teachers were John W. Duarte, Nigel North, Philip Lee and Peter Wiegold.

He has performed in several groups playing a variety of musical styles including renaissance music, folk music and pop music. He is currently focusing on Latin American and classical guitar music.
